Client Success Academy Terms of Enrollment
Last updated: October 23, 2026
These Terms of Enrollment (“Agreement”) are between Jeannie Andresen LLC (“Company”) and the individual or business purchasing enrollment in Client Success Academy (“Client”). By checking the box at checkout and completing your purchase, Client agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
SUMMARY
Company is in the business of providing business coaching and consulting services. Client wants to retain Company to provide those services under the terms of this Agreement.
THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing promises and the mutual covenants contained herein, and intending to be legally bound hereby, the parties agree as follows:
THE PROGRAM
Services To Be Provided
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Company will provide Client with the following services:
10 sixty-minute group Zoom business coaching sessions
7 weeks of curriculum, in module and lesson format
Templates, worksheets, and other training materials
Circle access for program communication
The program is designed for interior designers who want to establish and maintain control of their design projects by implementing a step-by-step client process.
The services outlined above are a general outline for Client Success Academy and may change during the program as needed. Company will notify Client of any changes as they become apparent.
Program Term
The term of this Agreement begins on the cohort start date communicated to Client at enrollment. It continues for the duration of the program as outlined above. Access to program materials, recordings, and community platforms will remain available through the final session date unless Company communicates otherwise.
Participants
This Program is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. Company disclaims all liability for use by individuals under the age of 18. This Program is intended for interior design professionals who will implement the skills and strategies taught in the Program in their businesses.
Program Format
Client acknowledges that Client Success Academy is delivered in a small-group coaching format, not as individualized 1:1 coaching. Coaching calls, feedback, and support are provided in a group setting alongside other Program participants. Client Success Academy is not intended for clients seeking exclusively private, one-on-one coaching support. Client’s enrollment reflects their understanding and acceptance of this format.
Availability and Rescheduling
Company respects Client’s time and commitment, and expects Client to respect Company’s time and commitment throughout the program. Client is expected to attend sessions on the scheduled dates and times.
If Client cannot attend a coaching session, Company will provide access to a recording of the session. Client may download the recording before an expiration date communicated by Company. If Client does not view or download the recording in time, Company has no obligation to provide it, and the session will be deemed forfeited. Missed sessions may not be rolled over or made up individually.
If Company must cancel or reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, or another unforeseen circumstance, Company will provide reasonable advance notice. Company will reschedule the affected session at a mutually agreeable time. Company is not obligated to provide additional compensation or a refund in connection with a rescheduled session.
Payment and Expenses
Client agrees to pay Company the program fee shown at checkout (“Program Fee”). Client may pay in full or by one of the installment plans offered at checkout. Installment plans carry a higher total Program Fee than the pay-in-full option. The total for each option is stated at checkout.
Client enrollment is not confirmed until the full payment, or the first installment payment, is received.
The Program Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Company has a no-refunds policy because of the extensive time, effort, preparation, and care that goes into creating and providing the Program. Unless otherwise provided by law, Client acknowledges that no refunds will be provided for any portion of the fees paid. All sales are final.
Client agrees to pay through Company’s online payment system. Company uses a third-party payment processing system. All payments are subject to Company’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Client is responsible for any expenses incurred in connection with Client Success Academy. This includes, but is not limited to, any equipment needed to complete assigned tasks or implement Company’s guidance during the program.
The Program Completion Guarantee set forth below does not alter, waive, or supersede this no-refund policy. The Program Completion Guarantee provides additional coaching support only. It does not entitle Client to a refund of any fees paid.
Payment Plans
If Client selects an installment plan, Client authorizes Company to automatically charge the payment method provided at checkout on each scheduled installment date until the full Program Fee is paid.
Client agrees to pay the full Program Fee under the selected plan. This obligation applies regardless of Client’s attendance, participation, completion of the Program, or termination of this Agreement by Client. Selecting an installment plan is a commitment to pay the full Program Fee. It is not a month-to-month or cancel-anytime arrangement.
Client is responsible for keeping their payment information current.
Late Payment and Payment Failure
If Client’s full payment or first installment is not received before the program start date, Company may forfeit Client’s enrollment and release their spot.
If a scheduled installment payment fails or is declined, Company will notify Client. Company may suspend Client’s access to the Program, including coaching sessions, materials, and Circle, until the outstanding balance is paid. Suspension of access does not relieve Client of the obligation to pay the remaining Program Fee.
If Client is enrolling at a discounted rate or with a bonus from an early bird promotion, Client must complete checkout before the communicated expiration date to receive that promotion. If that date passes, the promotional pricing and/or bonus will be forfeited.
Assignment
Client may not assign, transfer, or otherwise delegate their rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party without Company’s express prior written consent.
PROGRAM COMPLETION GUARANTEE
A. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the guarantee below, Client must, during their enrollment in the Program:
Attend at least 80% of the live weekly coaching calls offered during the Program; and
Complete the core exercises and assignments associated with each of the seven (7) Program modules.
B. Guarantee
Client may request a complimentary one-on-one working session with Company if both of the following are true:
Client satisfies both eligibility requirements above.
Upon completing the Program, Client does not feel they have developed (i) a clear, repeatable client process from inquiry through offboarding, and (ii) increased confidence in leading that process with clients.
The session will address the specific area(s) where implementation has not taken hold.
C. Request Window
Client must submit any request under this guarantee in writing to Company within 14 days after the final scheduled coaching call of the Program. Requests submitted after this window are not eligible.
D. Scope of Guarantee
This guarantee applies solely to Client’s understanding of, and ability to apply, the client process framework and leadership skills taught in the Program. It is not a guarantee of business outcomes, including but not limited to client behavior, project results, revenue, or new client acquisition. Those outcomes depend on factors outside Company’s control and are addressed separately in the Earnings Disclaimer below.
USE OF CLIENT CONTENT
Anonymous Case Studies
Company may use anonymized scenarios, situations, challenges, and outcomes that Client shares during coaching sessions or in program communications. Company may use these as illustrative examples in its newsletters, educational content, marketing materials, and other business communications. Company will not identify Client by name, business name, or any other identifying information without Client’s express prior written consent.
Testimonials
Client may provide a testimonial, endorsement, or account of their experience with the Program, verbally or in writing. If so, Client grants Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use it in Company’s marketing materials, website, social media, and other promotional content. Company will seek Client’s acknowledgment before publishing any attributed testimonial.
Session Recordings
Group coaching sessions may be recorded for replay and internal purposes. Recordings are available to enrolled participants only and are not publicly distributed without consent.
COMMUNITY STANDARDS
Client agrees to engage respectfully and professionally in all program communication channels, including group coaching sessions and Circle. The following are prohibited:
No sharing of participant information. Client may not share private information disclosed by other program participants outside the program environment without the express written consent of the disclosing participant.
Pitch-free environment. Client may not promote, market, or sell any products, services, programs, or events to other program participants through any program channel, whether or not Company officially sanctions that channel. Client may not solicit other participants to join external groups, platforms, or programs.
Respectful conduct. Client may not communicate in a manner that is abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory on any basis.
Company may, in its sole discretion, remove any participant who violates these standards. A participant removed for conduct violations is not entitled to a refund of any portion of fees paid. A participant on an installment plan remains responsible for the remaining Program Fee.
Company does its best to create a safe and professional environment for all participants. However, Company is not liable for another participant’s comments, actions, posts, or materials that cause a participant discomfort or harm.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Confidential Information
Each party acknowledges the competitive value and confidential nature of the other party’s internal, non-public financial and business information. This includes, without limitation, any work performed, work product produced, reports issued, communications between Client and Company, all Intellectual Property (as defined below), and all information relating to any of the foregoing (collectively, “Confidential Information”). Each party agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to safeguard the other party’s Confidential Information and to prevent its unauthorized, negligent, or inadvertent use or disclosure.
Company may retain copies of Client information to the extent required by applicable law, or for legal, accounting, tax, insurance, compliance, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or routine backup purposes.
Program Participant Privacy
As a condition of participating in the Program, Client agrees to respect the privacy of other program participants. Client may not share information provided by other program participants outside the Program without those participants’ prior express written permission.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Company owns the copyright in all materials provided for or created by Company for the Program. Client is granted a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use program content and materials solely for their own interior design business. Participation in the Program does not transfer any intellectual property to Client.
Client may use all materials for their own process. Materials may not be reproduced, shared, distributed, resold, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, without advance written permission from Company. This includes photocopying, recording, and retrieval systems.
If Client uses, reproduces, or distributes Company’s intellectual property without authorization, Company may immediately terminate Client’s access to the Program without refund and pursue all available legal remedies. Client agrees that any such violation would cause irreparable harm to Company that monetary damages alone may not adequately compensate. Company is therefore entitled to seek injunctive relief in addition to any other available remedies.
WARRANTIES
Services
All services under this Agreement will be of professional quality. They will be performed by suitably qualified and competent personnel, conform to generally accepted professional practices in Company’s field, and be performed in a workmanlike and ethical manner. Company will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations when performing the services.
Company is not providing legal, accounting, tax, mental health, investment, or other professional advice.
Earnings Disclaimer
Every effort has been made to accurately represent the Program and its educational value. However, Company does not guarantee that Client will achieve any specific results, revenue, or business outcomes from participating in the Program. Any examples of results in Company’s marketing materials represent exceptional outcomes and do not reflect the average participant experience.
Client’s results depend on factors outside Company’s control, including but not limited to Client’s effort, experience, market conditions, and individual business circumstances. Client agrees not to rely on any examples or representations of results as a promise, guarantee, or expectation of any particular outcome. Company cannot guarantee that this Program will bring in a specific number of clients, a specific amount of revenue, or any specific results within a definite time frame.
No Other Warranties
EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES OR THE DELIVERABLES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, THE PROGRAM, OR THE SERVICES PROVIDED HEREUNDER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED AND EVEN IF COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Cap on Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, THE PROGRAM, OR THE SERVICES PROVIDED HEREUNDER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY CLIENT TO COMPANY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this Agreement by written notice to the other party. If Client terminates this Agreement, Client remains responsible for the full Program Fee, including any remaining installment payments. Client is not entitled to any refund or prorated reimbursement upon termination by Client.
Company may, in its sole discretion, terminate Client’s access to the Program and related services, or any portion of them, at any time if:
Client becomes disruptive to Company or other program participants
Client fails to follow the program guidelines or community standards
Client fails to complete scheduled payments
Client otherwise violates this Agreement
Client is not entitled to a refund of any portion of fees paid upon termination for the above reasons.
ARBITRATION
Binding Arbitration
If a disagreement arises that the parties cannot satisfactorily resolve between them, Client agrees that all disputes, controversies, claims, or demands arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Chicago, IL. This includes, but is not limited to, disputes about fees or costs, services provided, breach of contract, negligence, fraud, or other legal theories asserted against Company.
Arbitration Process
Arbitration will be conducted under the State of Illinois Arbitration Code in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. A single neutral and independent arbitrator, chosen by mutual agreement of the parties, will conduct the arbitration. The arbitrator will have authority to award any relief a judicial court would have jurisdiction to grant, including attorney’s fees as deemed necessary and just. The arbitrator’s decisions are binding and typically not subject to appellate review.
Waiver of Jury Trial
By agreeing to arbitrate all disputes, Client waives the right to a trial by jury. By accepting this Agreement, arbitration becomes the sole forum for resolving any disputes, and both parties waive their right to submit claims to a judicial court. At the conclusion of arbitration, the party found to be at fault will reimburse the other party for all fees associated with arbitration.
MISCELLANEOUS
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
Force Majeure
Company is not liable for any delay, interruption, rescheduling, suspension, or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to causes beyond its reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, governmental action, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, platform outages, technology failures, illness, injury, or other emergencies affecting Company. If any such event occurs, Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable. Company may reschedule affected Program sessions or extend applicable deadlines as reasonably necessary.
Company Representations
Company represents to Client that no third party is required to consent to or approve this Agreement. Company is not a party to any restrictions, agreements, or understandings that would prevent or make unlawful Client’s acceptance of these terms or Company’s performance under them.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, that does not affect any other provision. This Agreement will be construed as if the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had never been included.
Modifications
Company may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version on its website with a new “Last updated” date. The version posted at the time of Client’s purchase governs Client’s enrollment. No other modification or amendment of this Agreement is valid unless made in writing and agreed to by both parties.
Waiver
No waiver of any provision of this Agreement is a waiver of any other provision, whether similar or not, and no waiver is a continuing waiver. No waiver is binding unless made in writing by the party making the waiver.
PRIOR AGREEMENTS SUPERSEDED
This Agreement is the sole and only agreement between the parties. It supersedes any prior understandings or written or oral agreements between the parties about its subject matter.
